LITIGATION IN CIVIL COURT, HIGH COURT & SUPREME COURT

The Firm has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation at all levels including the Tribunals, Civil Court, the High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. To date the Firm has handled more than 2,500 cases (excluding bulk litigation). Not only does the firm have the capacity to handle matters in the demanding environment of the civil courts but also three of its lawyers are members of Supreme Court Bar and appear before the of the Supreme Court regularly.

ARBITRATION & ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Firm provides a full range of services in respect of arbitration including formulating arbitration clauses, preparing claims and conducting of arbitration proceedings. The Firm is linked with the leading arbitration forums of the world including Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom and also United Nations Commission for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in Vienna. The Firm has also provided advice to the Federal Government on ratification of UN Convention on Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards 1958.
