Mr. Jawwad is heading the legal affairs of the company, being a 14-year veteran in the field of legal practice primarily dealing in licensing laws and related practices. Mr. Jawwad has done a considerable volume of work in labor laws, environmental laws and industrial disputes, ISO and other industrial and trade standards.

Mr. Jawwad is known for his negotiation skills and has successfully handled many arbitration disputes. Much of the media-related clientele of the firm is being dealt with by Mr. Jawwad who is also well-versed with information technology, telecom and PEMRA laws. Mr. Jawwad has been a success in developing joint venture agreements, securing licensing for international franchises like McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Sports Star, Prime TV and several others.
