Ms. Amna Warsi

LLM, Pb. (Advocate High Court)

Ms. Amna has done her LL.M in Constitutional Law. She assisted Legal Consultant Inter-Provincial Coordination in his assignment on Provincial Autonomy. She has an experience in Oil and Gas Sector and successfully negotiated various contracts with foreign companies, license modalities with the Regulatory Authorities. She is currently advising various OMCs.

She provided valuable legal input at the time of reforms in Federal Board of Revenue. She is takes care of litigation of her designated clients in the High Court and other specialized courts. Additionally she provides required legal input to various business houses and provides them with day-to-day advisory service relating to the management issues, contractual matters and other corporate issues. Since last five years, Ms. Amna is part of the visiting faculty of University Law College, Punjab University Lahore.
