Ms. Ayasha Warsi

Ms. Ayasha is an LL.M from University of Punjab in Constitutional Law. She was also appointed as an associate lawyer to assist the Legal Consultant to Inter Provincial Coordination, Government of Pakistan. She has provided extensive legal research and analysis support in this regard. Ms. Warsi has an extensive experience of transactional work of both Public and Private Sector. Her strength lies in extensive research on any aspect of commercial and corporate issues that she is handling. She also renders research backup for some high-profile litigation in the Supreme Court.

Ms. Ayasha has an expertise and experience of handling and negotiating project documents related to power sector, particularly captive power plants. Ms. Warsi an expert in exploration sector related to mines, mineral and petroleum etc. She has an experience to legally vet various concession agreements in this regard. Ms. Ayasha is also rendering legal services to a designated group of clients.
