Barrister Hamza Khalid Randhawa is an advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2008 by the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He is currently looking after corporate and commercial matters of various domestic
and international clients involving litigation, arbitration and opinion work. In particular, he works on construction agreements, joint ventures, merger and acquisitions
and matters under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.
Barrister Hamza also specializes in Public International Law and his area of expertise is International Nuclear Law, Human Rights, Humanitarian Law and Refugee Law. He has given opinions and published legal studies for various International Organizations and Federal Ministries of Pakistan regarding the implementation of International Treaties / Conventions by Pakistan.
He has been a visiting lecturer of Corporate & Business Law at the SKANS School of Accountancy for the past 2 years and regularly publishes his articles in the leading news papers of Pakistan.
